UsageWhen it becomes clear that the person you're talking to doesn't grok the meaning of what you're saying, quickly finish up you're current sentence and use the above phrase with something they do know.
Exampleboss: How's the code?
you : Well, I implemented the hpgl2 parser, but there was this bug introduced because of a bad address in the exception table, which caused interrupts to vector the code to the swath buffers which...
boss: ??? (puzzled blank look, lights are on but nobody's home)
you : I mean like there's a bug in the code that I have to fix, so go away, you're bothering me..
